We have heartily embraced the concept of the '100 Mile Diet' as part of our efforts to support local food producers.
We will be attempting to source as much of our food as possible from within a 100 mile radius of the mountain. Fortunately for us we will continue to eat very well as the area takes in some of the country's most fertile and productive areas including our own mountain, northern NSW, the Darling Downs, Stanthorpe and the local fishing area of Moreton Bay. more on the 100 Mile Diet...
